Birth control suggestion? Read all please!

I have the nexplanon I’ve gained 30 pounds and have no sex drive I could go the rest of my life without it. I also get mad at the drop of a pin. I have 1 daughter and was on the pill when I got pregnant. Not planning to have another kid very soon but also want to get this bad boy removed. I have pcos so fertility awareness method would work well with me when I can go 5 months without a period.

I had the nexplanon for 2 years and the last year having it sucked I had no sex drive I started growing chin hair and my periods weren’t normal after if was removed..... they still aren’t! I eventually became suicidal and had to get it removed immediately. I haven’t taken birth control for a year and just use the app and basically fertility awareness. After such a bad experience birth control just creeps me out

I couldn't use anything hormonal at all. So it was condoms and spermacides. Also get fitted for a diaphragm. I also used evening primerose oil which can be used to prevent pregnancy according to my doctor. She says it is 100% but it works and it worked for me. You can also Google they have herbal birth control options for both men and women. I wish ibhad saved all the articles I had.
