Genetic testing

Keelay
My sister and I just got into it so I’m sharing w the CC crew.  She sends a text to me and my mom letting us know she’s getting genetic testing for all these cancers and diseases (shes 30 and a nurse; went to some sponsored dinner and suddenly is into it). I tell her I don’t want to know those results and I don’t recommend it at all. She starts saying how its smarter, and you can try to plan ahead, and would feel empowered...  i COMPLETELY disagree w her stance. I feel once you have some report showing you could, at some point, get some disease or be predisposed to a type of cancer, it really messes with your mindset. I personally don’t want to know nor live in fear.
