Do you have to make food for everyone?

My mom just yelled at me cause I don't agree that I should have to make everyone something when I'm hungry.
I'm doing meal prep for myself and my mom think I'm selfish cause I don't do theirs too.
I make her breakfast almost every morning, but she thinks every time I want a snack I should get her one too.
Am I wrong?
Just to add** My mom never cleans any dishes she makes,so I would have to clean them, when she cooks which is rare she leaves a huge mess and doesn't clean up**

I definitely don’t cook for the whole house when I’m just making myself a snack. 🤔 It’d different if you made yourself a whole dinner and didn’t make anyone else anything but that’s so dumb tbh. Just because I make a sandwich doesn’t mean I have to make the whole house one. 🤨

If you’re sitting in the same room, and you get up to get a snack, it’s polite to ask if anyone else in the room also wants something. But if you’re just meal prepping for yourself, I don’t think you need to do so for others. I also meal prep and make my own food. I will offer some to my family on occasion but not every time. I think it’s nice to sometimes offer. Though, no one likes my food so lol I don’t really have that problem.

I think your mom sounds a little entitled LOL don't get me wrong I don't mind helping around the house if I'm home or cooking but that's because I choose to be nice I'm not being forced to I would tell your mom to get off her ass and do it herself LOL I had to stay at my parents house because my house was being remodeled and there for a while my parents got a little spoiled but I told them I don't owe them anything I clean for them I cook for them and I expect them to pitch in as well but that's just the type of person I am I just hate when they get used to it
