Water birthed naturally in birthing unit in New Zealand.
Went from 3cms dialated to birth in 1 hour. Only 3 pushes and she was caught by her father. The most rewarding experience. We are so in love 😍
I practiced hypnobirthing thoughout pregnancy and it really helped me in being present and dealing with all the sensations as natural bodily functions not pain.
