Am so devasted

In 2017 I had a miscarriage at about 5wks, everything happened so fast and I yet sure that I was pregnant. I got pregnant again in 2018 november and this time round I was so excited to have conceived again, at about 8wks I started getting cramps followed by spotting and I went to hospital. An ultra sound scan was done and it was an ectopic pregnancy, I went through an open surgery and lost my left following tube. Early 2019 I got pregnant again and started my antenatal early because of my past history. We did an ultra sound scan at 6wks and the pregnancy had a heart beat and very health. On 21 March I started having mild cramps which inventually increased and I called my Dr who also called me in for a scan, the scan showed the pregnancy stopped growing at 8wks 3days and no heart beat and yet was actually 11wks. I was so heart broken and devasted. It had lost again the Dr had to evacuate it, am grieving and this time am taking a break !!!
