8 month old suddenly wakes up every morning screaming

For the past 3-4 months my son has had the same routine and when he would wake up, he would sit in his crib and play with his toys and just be so freaking happy. He’d start laughing when he would see you.

Now, for the past 2 weeks, the moment he wakes up, he SCREAMS. He screams during the diaper change, when he sees you, he doesn’t even smile at all anymore. He just screams until he gets a bottle. Why?

Nothing has changed and he’s definitely getting enough formula and enough sleep
