Wanting to lose weight!
I’m 20 years old, 5’4 and 220+ lbs (I haven’t weighed myself in like 4 months). I’m a little over 7 months postpartum and I’m more than ready to lose the baby weight, and then some. I was over weight before I got pregnant, now I’m so much heavier. I don’t know what to do from here. All I do is drink water and I told my husband recently that I will no longer spend money on eating out and buying junk food, hoping that eating meals I’ve prepared myself will help in some way. But that’s about all I’ve got. Any advice would be appreciated! And if you’re in the same boat please feel free to message me and we can help each other stay accountable
