Pilates?
I tried yoga then pilates. I like pilates better. Anybody lose weight doing pilates? I really like PsycheTruth on youtube. I'm trying to lose 30lbs and tone my arms a little bit. I'm getting married in June and my dress fits perfect, a little snug but she said that's how it's supposed to fit. But my arms look terrible in it and every other dress. Anybody have any other YouTube fitness channels to help me out?
