Report from 20 week anatomy scan

Are you supposed to get a report with the 20 week anatomy scan? I had my scan with my MFM and they said everything was normal but I was never given a report with it and now I’m hearing from others they did. Also, my Ob scheduled 10 ultrasounds until I deliver. I’m almost 21 weeks now and when I looked in my profile I see I have one weekly starting at about 31 weeks. Doesn’t make sense. They didn’t even explain why. I am 39, have a blood clotting disorder that I take shots for, had a vanishing twin with this pregnancy and have had two prior miscarriages. But what’s off is that they didn’t explain why I have so many.
