Low dose aspirin

Has anyone been prescribed low dose aspirin in the first trimester?

I had two miscarriages (MMC and CP) last year, and I’m pregnant again! I’m currently 5 weeks, 6 days any my OBGYN prescribed aspirin.

I’m paranoid that it can lead to hemorrhaging.
