Spotting?

I’m 23 weeks today and experienced one episode of spotting Wednesday and another today. It’s on my panty liner (I’m on progesterone suppositories) but nothing when I wipe. We haven’t been intimate in awhile. Anyone else experience this? My midwife wasn’t concerned on Wednesday when I called, thinking cervix irritation from blood flow? Now it’s happened again. No cramping. Anyone else go through this?

Me! 🙋I just posted about this today actually as last night was a REALLY long night for me and I was on the phone with the on call triage nurse & the on call doctor at labor & delivery at 1:15am! 😥
This is my 3rd pregnancy and I have never seen blood in any of them up until last night. I just got out of the bath like I always do and went pee and when I wiped there was blood on the tissue. 😳 I just about had a heart attack!! It wasn't alot, but just spotting, but ANY blood is just really scary to see. 
They just told me to monitor the bleeding and make sure if it happens again or I start having cramps to come into labor and delivery since it's the weekend. (Luckily I haven't had any more spotting in 24 hours since that incident last night) I am planning on going into my OB on Monday and asking for a cervix check to make sure it's still closed and try and get an idea of where the blood came from? 
I'm not sure exactly what is going on but I hope it's normal! I got alot of reassurance on my post today from other moms if you want to scroll down and read mine.
