Went into labor on the 21st, Jude's due date. I am really scared of hospitals so I waited through 5 hours of consistent contractions before my husband said "ok we obviously need to go". As soon as we were admitted I started crying panicking and just kept saying "coming here was a mistake." I had heard so many hospital horror stories I just wanted to go home and do this by myself. Long story short, the team was fantastic. So kind, so understanding. They were so supportive and great advocates. My husband was so nervous but he never left my side. Labor was far from easy, but everyone there that night made the load significantly lighter. My beautiful son was born March 22nd at 4:48am. We are going home tomorrow as a family of 3 and I couldn't be any happier :) Jude Thaddeus 💛
