TTC and discouraged 😢

I have been completely off birth control for about 8 months. Have had irregular periods for about 4 years. I have two healthy beautiful children which i conceived without any difficulty. The last 3 cycles have been 22 days on the dot! I’ve been tracking and doing everything right but.. no luck. Af was due yesterday according to my 22 day cycles I’ve been having. Brown spotting today and very mild cramping but I’m sure af is just running a day late. I’ve had implantation bleeding with my other pregnancies but this is probably af like the other times. I keep getting my hopes up and then am sad and disappointed. How do you guys cope with the monthly ups and downs of TTC? Any help appreciated I’m starting to get super down about my ability to carry another baby 😢😢😢🤦‍♀️
