Could I be pregnant???

So this cycle I tracked my bbt every morning from the first day I finished my period at the exact same time. I’m not that familiar with how it works. Is the dip ovulation? Why is my temperature so high after the dip??
Please help!!!

As for the could you be pregnant part of your question, it is way to early to tell that. You just ovulated about 6 days ago. Your temps need to stay high for longer than your average luteal phase (15-18dpo) to indicate pregnancy.
