Late period after plan b

Hi! I took the plan B (30 min after the ‘incident’) on Feb 24th, the day after I finished my period. Now it’s March 24th and my period is 7 days late and I have some symptoms like light cramps and Sore breasts, but no spotting. Is it ok or should i worry? I know plan B can mess up your cycle, but 7 days seem a Little much or maybe i’m just scared😅
