this might be a stupid thing but pls educate me

ok i realize how ignorant i might sound. i don’t know if my cycle is totally fucked up, however the majority of my cycles have always been regular and consistent. earlier this month i spotted for maybe 3 days, barely anything, so i wouldn’t classify it as my period. my periods are usually heavy on the second and third day, and come with nauseating cramps and sore boobs. my period as of today is 12 days late. i had unprotected sex 9 days ago. could i still be pregnant even if technically my period was late before i had sex?
