Odd movement sensation

For the last few days I have been feeling movement (Yay!!) but sometimes I feel movement and the sensation is felt both where the movement was and low in my crotch. Like not pain, just something. I have also had lightening crotch over the weekend. I woke up to the movement sensation this morning.

Please tell me this is normal or at least someone else has this sensation too. Not sure if I need to call my OB. Haven’t had a scan since 8 weeks currently 19.3.
