Happy Book Suggestions?

I'm looking for book club suggestions. We are an older/church group so something with minimal swearing and sex scenes. Our past books have all been so sad so I really want something happy!

You could do a children's lit month: The Phantom Toll booth, A Wrinkle in Time, Alice's Adventures in Wonderland, Echo by Pam Muñoz Ryan, the original Winnie the Pooh. 😊

Love Comes Softly is one of my favorite Christian books and series. The Unquiet Bones by Melvin R Star is a fun book (and first in a series) by a Christian author. It’s a mystery series, maybe a little more young adult, but I’ve enjoyed them thoroughly as an adult. :)

I haven’t read them but I’ve heard Rainbow Rowell’s books (fangirl, attachments, Elenor and Park...) are all really happy go lucky books
