Blockage

I have a severely blocked boob, which is unfortunately the one that produces the most milk. I’ve tried all the tricks to get this blockage moving, nothing works. I’ve had small blockages in the past that were easy to resolve but this is just too big and I’m going on 48hrs now. I still put my LO on the blocked up boob first but after 10min she gets distressed , she’s not getting enough milk!! I’m also worried that the boob that doesn’t produce as much isn’t enough for her either 😫

What happens if this blockage doesn’t get sorted? Will I get mastitis! It’s already feeling tender 😢

EDIT: I just wanted to update to let people know what worked for me. In the end I got a hot Nappy and massaged the whole breast with it for 30min, expressed a bit whilst doing this, then got hubby to massage it, I then put a vibratory on the solid bits and hand massaged it while expressing. In minutes 100ml came out and boob is soft and not lumpy again. Worst 48hrs, but so glad I got through it. Thank you for all your suggestions which I also tried!!
