TMI EMERGENCY QUESTION

I'm 7 weeks pregnant and just started peeing blood?! I've triple checked that it is definitely urine and not bleeding from my cervix. But my big question is, is this an ER type emergency or call the OB in the morning kind of thing? My husband thinks I'm crazy and just went to bed but I AM FREAKING OUT. Help me please 😭😭😭

UPDATE: I called the on call OB. She said it sounds like a bladder infection and she will take care of it at my appointment tomorrow. I'm still freaking out. 😫
