Ladies who use Unisom for help sleeping while pregnant, how does it affect you the next day? I can’t do benedryl because I’ll be groggy and miserable all day and between work and my stepsons, I don’t have time for that. Does unisom do that? If so, is there anything else that helps and is safe for baby? Thanks in advance!
