Pregnancy weight gain ??

Question

How much weight did you put on during your first pregnancy and how fast did you manage to lose it ? My wedding it three months after I give birth so I’m a little stressed. I’ve put on about 24 lbs so far and I’m 28 weeks.

I put on 39 pounds and by the 3 month mark, I lost it all.

My pre pregnancy weight was 155 and I went up to 171. That was a good weight for me as I’m only 5’5 and was considered overweight before I got pregnant. I was down to my pre pregnancy weight by my six week appointment without working out. It really just depends on the person and your body. If you’ve stayed active during your pregnancy it’ll be easier to lose weight after.

I put on 35 and lost about 45 by 7 months pp! I was breastfeeding and not eating dairy because it bothered my sons stomach when I had it.

I gained 10lbs with my first and lost 20lbs when I gave birth. I started at 194lb (doc didn’t want me gaining more than 15lb) and I was 204lb when I gave birth. When I got home I was 184lb. Kinda weird it was all even numbers.

I gained 16 pounds and lost it within 2 weeks PP. I am overweight though, so I wasn't allowed to gain more than 25 lbs.
