What do I have to do to get my little one to sleep through the night????

I’m exhausted every day! She is 7 almost 8 months now . She slept through the night until she was about 4 months . I’ve tried giving solids before bed , does not help. Is there anything to help keep her asleep ? She is up and nursing 3 sometimes 4 times a night !

I have an almost 3 year old son who was that way and STILL doesn’t sleep through the night most nights. There are a lot of sleep programs you can try- I could never do cry it out with my son. It always made me too sad. Hang in there!

Sleep is developmental- if they’re learning new things it can affect sleep.
From 16-26 weeks my daughter woke hourly, which was horrendous but once she learned how to roll both ways and sit up, it improved a little. Now at 29 weeks she wakes three or four times - but fab but a huge improvement.
In my experience, nothing really helped but one thing did make it worse and that was being overtired. If she napped well in the day, she was easier to settle at night
