Over eating question. Will I lose weight?
I overeat. And I can't stop. I am disabled because I hurt my leg last year and I have screws in it and it hurts. I am 298 pounds so this weight is hurting my leg to the point I can barely walk. I have zero energy. So back to my question. I love salad. If instead of overeating on mac n cheese I overeat on salad with only a tiny amount of a variety of dressing. Will I lose weight. At least enough to get some energy back so I can walk better and then focus on not over eating. Because im starving. I am starving. All the time and I just want to cry because of it.
Update: I don't eat sweets or drink anything sweet. I only drink water and it's been like this for years. So my weight loss will be even harder since I've already cut out most bad foods. And the salads I'm talking about are the pre-made salads. They're about 110 calories per portion and they have 4 portions so 440 calories per salad. It is lettuce carrots cabbage meat a variety of veggies and a tiny container of dressing.

I don't eat in the morning and normally don't eat until 2pm. What if I eat salad and drink water only. Two salads a day so it'd be like 900 calories a day.
Also can't afford physical therapy. I dont have insurance. I can't exercise until I get some weight off. Simply because I don't have the energy to do anything right now. There is no energy. I barely get out of my bed. Anyone know of any vitamins that help? Maybe vitamin d or something?
