Sounds odd but one thing helped me when I was struggling with acne was drinking A TON of water! Half your body weight in oz per day!

I talked to a dermatologist and they suggest “vitamin a plus” I took it twice in the morning and twice at night. It helped when nothing else worked

I used primrose oil for my acne and it cleared the scars and everything.
