Help pleaseðŸ˜
This morning I went to the gym and was working out with my sister doing leg workouts, was doing lunges with 10 pounds weights and right where my right ovary would be it felt like ripping and I got a really sharp pain so I stopped and sat down I ignored the pain and did a few more small workouts. It's been a few hours and it still hurts but worse.
What do you think I should do?:(
