Tips for my BF?

So both me and my BF moved to Las Vegas (separately, we met a few months after moving here from different states) and he’s been struggling to meet new people. I started working a few months in, so i met a couple girl friends at work. But he’s had a couple jobs and still cant seem to find a guy friends who arent total stoners (he doesnt smoke). Any advice on where we can go to socialize? I’d love to meet some new people as well. We dont currently attend college and we arent 21 yet. I feel that we are very limited here, especially since its Vegas. Thanks! 💖
