3:25 a.m dream

I know this has nothing to do with like sex but I’m on birth control and I kept getting this feeling that I was pregnant but I still get my regular period even though period is not like usual but I still took a pregnancy test both came out negative ...so in my dream like 20 minutes or less ..I had a dream that I wanted to go to my gyn for a blood test and when I got there basically another lady was calling me to the result section and she showed a paper while saying my body is rejecting pregnancy then I’m like how if Idk if I’m pregnant and I’m on birth control she goes that’s why and shows me another paper with it test pregnancy : positive and in my dream I froze I felt so weird like it was unexplainable then I woke up ...is my dream trying to tell me something ...is the universe ...my conscious ...should I go for blood work ..I need advice or maybe I’m overreacting
