Need help- Feeding /sleeping schedule?

My LO will be turning a month old, she has fas been fussy at times. She has frequent feeding sessions, almost on a hourly basis and these last for upto 10mins. She barely gets sleep during the day as sometimes she will wake up as soon as I have put her down. 
Any idea how this can be resolved into an even schedule? Or by what week of age she should be ready to follow a routine schedule.

I think shes still too little for a schedule. You could try eat, activity, sleep routine, where you repeat in the same order all day. It hasn't worked for us, but lots of people swear by it.

Way too early for a schedule, this is totally normal for a BF baby, it will regulate in time (from about six weeks). Just try to enjoy the bond with your baby and don’t rush routines/schedules

I tried to get my little on a schedule early on too, and it just made us all miserable. The best advice I can give you is to just follow baby's lead. They will develop their own schedule eventually, and you'll learn how to work with it.
My baby is 4 months old, and the schedule is starting to shift now, but the last month was pretty consistent. Baby wakes up, eats after an hour, and then after another 30min-1hour eats and sleeps for 30min. After 4 naps, they're awake until bedtime, and in bed for 12 hours, waking 3-4 times for food. 
Now baby is starting to take longer naps and skip the snacks, so they only eat right before nap time. 
Putting babies down without them waking is a struggle most parents can relate to, but if your baby is actually failing to take their nap because of this, then I would try something else. Babies need their sleep. I let mine nap on me, because that's the only way they'll nap.
