Do you drink caffeinated drinks during pregnancy?

My first pregnancy I gave it up, but being pregnant with a toddler I couldn’t survive without it.

This is my second pregnancy. Only caffeine i consume is chocolate once in a while. Coffee also dehydrates you. So even tho i love it i dont drink it.

I wouldn’t survive without it. Third trimester sleepies are getting to me. I fell asleep in the middle of teaching yesterday 😂 I’ve lessened my morning intake so I can have some caffeine at lunch

I didn’t drink it the first few months of pregnancy. I started one cup a day after 3 months.

I tried 3 times over the months and got sick everytime.. I'm now almost 23 weeks and finally found that green tea doesn't make me sick 🙌 but I still only drink like half a cup of it lol not because I'm nervous, I just never finish a full cup haha.  I actually drank 1-2 dr peppers DAILY with my youngest..it was one of my main cravings.

My midwife even said 1 cup of coffee or 1 caffeinated beverage a day is fine.

With all 3 of my pregnancies I couldn’t drink any in the beginning because it made me so nauseous. But once I got past that I have 1 coffee a day, the odd day I’ll have an iced coffee in the afternoon.

You can have like I believe it’s up to 400 or 500mg of caffeine a day.
