Back pain
Yesterday(Tuesday) I was at work and all of the sudden I got this sharp pain in the middle of my back and the pain is still there. I went to yoga to see if it would help but nope, it hurts to get up, I can’t even move my head without the pain... what is happening to me!!!!!!!!
