still doesn’t sleep through the night
my son is 4 months old, 18 weeks and he will not sleep through the night at all. he goes down at 1 am, gets up at 4, 6, 8, 10 then noon.
i get off work at 11 so i put him down late. my boyfriend gets off work at 4am.
do i start sleep training? what do i do? he always wakes up super hungry and crying. i’m so lost. i need sleep
