Early pregnancy symptoms?

Recently I was told I have a small cyst on my ovary. I’ve been cramping ever since my period stopped. My periods are about 24 days apart and have been regular since December. We’ve been trying for almost a year. My doctor wants to put me on Clomid because she thinks I’m not ovulating. Currently I’m cramping in my super lower abdomen and I’m super depressed. I have tingly boobs and I squeezed one of them because I thought it was a white head but clear milky stuff came out. I plan to call my doctor tomorrow to schedule something. I keep having strong painful pains in the side where my cyst was but I was wondering if anyone got pregnant and had a cyst? Is it possible?
