Pregnant dream and actually pregnant?

I had a dream I was pregnant the other night and I'm not sure if it's a "sign" or not.  What have you ladies experienced?!

My dream was that me and a friend (dont know who I couldn't see a face, were both very pregnant. And I do remember I was in labor. Like pushing the baby out. Ot was so weird. I'm hoping it's a good sign. But maybe my mind is getting the best of me lol.

I’ve had plenty of them and never turned out pregnant but my sister is currently pregnant and had a dream she was right before she found out. It actually made her take a test and to her surprise iit was positive! It’s also her very first girl after 2 boys so you never know!

I always heard if you have a dream of being pregnant it means someone close to you is pregnant. And if you dream someone else is pregnant you might be pregnant.

I had one and refused to test the following day to not be disappointed, but I kept dreaming about positive test and pregnancy so I took a test and it was positive 🤗 it might just be a coincidence though
