Cyst something for concern?

Getting ready for my second IUI in a few days. On my last transvaginal ultrasound prior to IUI #1 an ovarian cyst was noted in the report. My doctor mentioned it but didn’t seem too concerned that it would affect fertility. Here’s the wording in the test results:

43x29x38mm debris filled cyst probable endometrioma, with a 7mm calcification. No color.

Has anyone had the same thing? Is this something to be concerned about? My other ovary without the cyst is the one that had a mature follicle for the first round of IUI.
