Little ones an cold when to worry ?

Okay okay I should know these things as a mom of three but I’m a over worried so I like a second opinion lol.
I’m pretty sure it’s just a cold but today it seems much worse and he keeps choking when coughing.(expecially when sleeping even sitting up) . It went from a dry cough to a pretty wet cough soOo at what point do you ladies start to worry. I’ve already talk to the dr office they said just to let them know when I want a appointment and they’ll fit him in! But I Dnt want to rush all the way out there just for a cold 🤷🏻‍♀️

My LO has had a cold since last Monday...she has a wet cough and sometimes coughs so hard to where she is choking too. She has a ton of mucus in there she cant get up. So i called my doctor and asked when should I worry..he said when you see them breathing rapidly like they just ran a race and it doesnt stop...also if theres a high fever. Besides that...spray saline up there nose at least 20 times a day to break up stuff and humidifer! Good luck!

My baby was just discharged from hospital after being diagnosed with RSV and pneumonia. If your baby is choking and spitting up (vomiting), I would take him/her to ER. A cold is common among babies, but RSV and other respiratory infection are not a playing field. 
Get the baby checked out. 
My doctor told me that if my baby was having wheezing or rapid breathing, I should be worried. 
However, my baby was not eating for three days, so I worried 10x more.
