Birthday

Ok. So it was my birthday on the 13th, my husband knows when my birthday is, he had plenty of time to plan and do something, save or do something in advance, he had no money by the time my birthday comes around. So the 13th comes by and he buys me a card in the store. He fills it out in McDonald's away from me. Saying things in it about how he loves me, love of his life, how he hasn't forgotten about my birthday etc. Well here we are on the 29th and still nothing.

Now i barely got any happy birthdays since i dont do Facebook. My mom got me something small and my friend got me a card with a 50 in it. I was so grateful. We ordered take out tonight and it came to 30 and i paid. he said "dont worry, ill be giving you that 50 back, its your birthday money and i want you to get something nice with it. Not yet has he mentioned or made aknowledgement of my birthday as far as hes concern. Not that it really matters anymore. It just hurts. It was just like any other day 😢

Now 2 of my best friends are dating and it was her birthday last week. Her boyfriend (one of my best friends) was texting me telling me all these great things he got for her birthday and all the great things he planned. I feel wounded.
