She fell 🤦‍♀️😳😢

At 13 weeks and 6 days old she had her first fall! She was on the bed propped up and I was rushing around trying to get everything together to drive 2 hrs away to have her posterior tongue tie clipped... all the sudden I heard a small thud and then crying 😭 I rushed to her. She was on her belly head arms and legs all elevated like she was trying to fly. She seems ok and no marks like she hit her head. I feel terrible!!! Am I a horrible mommy? Anyone else’s baby fall yet? I have to add, the bed is a very low one so the fall was not a long drop at all or I would be taking her to the hospital.
