Low back pain/sacroiliac pain. Any tips for relief?
Ouch! Getting sacroiliac pain already :( I googled stretches and have tried them but they don’t feel like they are actually stretching the right area. I’ve been doing hot baths and sleeping with pillow between knees.
Anyone have any magic tips? Thank you.
