8 wk 3 days...some symptoms come and go?

Question

I had quite a bit of cramping up till 7 weeks and since then it’s been maybe once or twice I’ve felt it. Nausea is hit or miss (I’ve had it most days this week except most of yesterday and today). No more lower back pain and no more headaches. Makes me kinda worried and paranoid. Tell me i am? No bleeding or anything, just wondering if it’s normal for some symptoms to come and go

My nausea comes and goes too. It scares me a bit too just because I had a miscarriage in November. But the days where I’m not nauseous are pretty great though, I just wish I could know for sure that everything is good with the baby.

I’m only 7 weeks 3 days and my symptoms come and go as well.. I wish the nausea would stay gone though, it’s horrible.. some days I struggle to keep things down and other days I feel perfectly fine. I wouldn’t worry too much, I know it’s hard not to stress but it’s perfectly normal. 😊
