Silent reflux

Anyone’s babies have it?

My baby only spits up 1-2 times a week

He gets cranky halfway through a feed(breastfeeding) arching head back, kicking, crying

He Gags and coughs randomly but regularly.

And just a few nights ago he started waking up “gasping” kinda like when you get a little water on their face and it takes their breath away.

Obviously this last symptom has me freaked out but baby breathes fine after and we have his check up on Monday

I just don’t know what all these symptoms
