Where can I see a glider/recliner in person?

I’ve been looking for a glider/recliner for my nursery for a little over a month and everything has to be shipped! I’d really like to see it in person if possible. My husband is a foot taller than me so it would be nice to find something that works for both of us easily. I thought we loved one and I saw it in person and HATED IT. Returns are a pain in the ass with big items. Any suggestions?

We went to Nebraska Furniture Mart. Most furniture stores or buy buy baby should have some to try. We also tried one at Pottery Barn Kids.

Our Pottery Barn Kids had several floor models to try out. I ended up falling in love with the Merced glider from Pottery Barn Kids after trying it out in the store because it has a nice tall back for me since I’m almost 6’ and my husband is very tall as well. It still looks new after daily use for 18 months, and it’s so comfortable. PBK has tons of options and they’re all nice. You can also try West Elm or Restoration Hardware Baby.

I've seen them out on the floor at Target.

Try your local furniture stores in the recliner section. Many of the regular recliners also rock or glide and would be better for tall people than a nursery specific one. Also I’ve seen some in person at Buy Buy Baby if you wanted a nursery specific one.
