What some safe natural options for combating depression?
I’ve been really down for this pregnancy after loss and the first trimester has me so anxious. It’s messing with my routine and it’s difficult to work from home. I’m 12w4d and hoping that’s a good sign. I do my best to at least sit outside if not walk. I have an amazing park pretty much as my backyard. I’m not sure what else to do.
