Has anyone taken upspring fertility?

Can you take it while your on AF? Its been 6 months or so TTC and i haven't had any luck. I saw these and thought I'll them a try but unsure if you take them during or after your cycle. Have you notice any body changes while taking them?

I tried these for a couple months. I started them the first day of my cycle but after using about 3 months I didn’t notice any difference so I stopped taking them 🤷🏼‍♀️.
