30 days late

hello this is my first post so i hope i’m doing this right. anyway, i had sex december 23rd unprotected with my ex boyfriend. i’m not on birth control. it was the first day of my period. fast forward to january, i got my period. i went to my gyno because i wanted to be on the IUD because i found someone who makes me happy and i was ready to be intimate with him but wanted bc first. she said i had to be on my period to get it inserted. well that period never came. now it’s the end of march and i’m 30 days late. i have taken 4 pregnancy tests and one just recently. all negative. i have an appointment april 19th but i seriously am impatient at this point. i’m extremely tired, have cramps here and there, i’m hungry. those are the only symptoms i have and to me at least, my stomach does not look any larger. has anyone ever experienced something like this and can shed some light on what may be going on with me 😞🙁 thank you for those who reply ❤️
