Call or wait and see

So I've been tracking/recording my blood pressure for a week after being in and out of triage for high blood pressure a couple times and wanting to have a record for my doctors. I am 31 weeks and 3 days on (3/30) and have been feeling hot all day, have a head ache and have been sweating alot more even after sitting for long periods of times. With each of these readings I've sat for at least 5-10 minutes prior to taking it and I sit, legs NOT crossed and arm relaxed, and I also take it on both sides and it is almost identical so I don't record my left arm only the reading from the right arm. I had preeclampsia that started around 34 weeks with my first pregnancy and this is my second pregnancy and preeclampsia has been a worry of mine and my doctor's. I am just unsure if this is high enough to call or just high enough to watch because the past week I have called with single or just two readings this high and I am asked to come to triage and by the time I get there it is lower to normal and I am sent home with no idea what to do or anything. I feel crazy everytime I call and say it's high and then they see me and it's normal and it makes me feel like my doctors think I'm crazy or making things up but I also know this is something serious so I'm looking more for opinions I guess.
