spotting 5w 5d

so i went to the er last night because the last two days i have had spotting ranging from a salmon color to light tan. it’s only visible when i wipe, and the amount varies from the size of a dime to a quarter.

the past week i had been feeling little twinges and pressure down there, and mild intermittent cramping. yesterday i had two moderately painful cramps that felt like more of a burning sensation, and only lasted 15 seconds and went away.

wednesday my hcg was 185 and yesterday (three days later) it was 1248. my boob soreness progressively got worse yesterday and i’m still tired.

the doc said this could just be the babe implanting futher. will have to follow up with OB this week to get an ultrasound just to be sure since they didn’t have ultrasound there last night.

has anyone experienced anything similar to this?
