Am I experiencing pregnancy symptoms?

So I’m kind of freaking out bc I think I might be experiencing pregnancy symptoms? I feel like I’ve been peeing way more than usual. My boobs don’t ache however, but I’m getting a lot of discharge (this could also be due to my period next week). & idk if this is considered a symptom, but when I push on my bladder with my hands it feels kind of not “sore” so-to-speak but I can feel the pressure. I haven’t taken a test yet and I’m on a pill that I take consecutively (however, this was unprotected sex on the pill). so I feel like I could just be paranoid but if anyone could lend me their input I’d be grateful 😭🙏🏻 In no way am I ready to have a baby.
