What should I do?? I dont wanna hurt him😔

Sooo I've been with guys before. Nobody has ever made me "finish, cum, orgasm, reach climax"... whatever you wanna call it. But no joke it still feels insanely good when they finger me, eat me out, and just sex in general. But I've always faked my orgasms because I think I'm broken and I wanna spare feelings BECAUSE it literally feels amazing so I feel there's no need to make a dude paranoid and doubt himself. So I'm currently with my new mans and so far we've been able to talk about things that I've never been able to talk about with anybody before. He is seriously my best friend. So should I just be honest with him and tell him or just fake it like I normally do. We havent done anything before so I'm thinking what I should do?
