Dropped 6 month old

Hi mamas, so I feel like the worst parent in the universe. I was changing my 6 month old and he flipped over so quickly I barely caught him but he bumped the right side of his face on the hard tiled floor. We picked him up and he cried a little but was fine after a few minutes. He rocked him and he started laughing and munching on his toys. I feel like a monster. I keep icing him. I feel like I have damaged him. Any of you experience this?
